The following changes have been implemented on the Checkout page as of September 4, 2024 (#9028):

The "Agency Code" and "Department Code" dropdown fields under the "Who are you ordering for?" Custom Data Collection (CDC) subsection have been updated to be hidden if "Personal" is the selected option under the "Please select" dropdown field in the CDC section.
The "Agency Code" and "Department Code" dropdown fields under the "Who are you ordering for?" Custom Data Collection (CDC) subsection have been updated to appear if "Client" is the selected option under the "Please select" dropdown field in the CDC section.
The "Continue" button on the CDC section has been updated to remain disabled until a value other than "Please Select" has been selected for the "Agency Code" and "Department Code" dropdown fields under the "Who are you ordering for?" CDC subsection. This customization only takes effect if "Client" is the selected option under the "Please select" dropdown field.
The Billing Method section has been updated to only show the "Credit Card" payment method if "Personal" is the selected option under the "Please select" dropdown field in the CDC section.
The Billing Method section has been updated to only show the "Department Code" payment method if "Client" is the selected option under the "Please select" dropdown field in the CDC section.
The textbox under the "Department Code" payment method in the Billing Method section has been updated to be read-only and automatically contain a value equal to the selected values on the "Agency Code" and "Department Code" dropdown fields under the "Who are you ordering for?" CDC subsection on the CDC section.

- An option named "Please Select" has been added to the "Please Select" dropdown field under the "Who are you ordering for?" CDC subsection on the CDC section of the Checkout page. (#9028 - September 4, 2024)
